The air-conditioned hotel, comprising a total of 242 rooms, welcomes guests into an elegant and spacious reception hall with 24-hour reception and check out service. There are 4 panoramic elevators, a bar, café, pub, shopping centre, disco, main restaurant and 2 à la carte restaurants, one with fine Mediterranean cuisine, the other featuring a Turkish style roasted meat kitchen. Some facilities are shared with their sister hotel.

Each en suite room comes fully equipped with a double/twin bed, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, minibar (extra fee), individually regulated air conditioning and heating, hairdryer, hire safebox and balcony/terrace.

The hotel offers a main outdoor swimming pool with pool-side bar, a separate children's pool and a separate medium pool with 4 water-slides in a lush and well maintained botanic garden. Guests can also make use of the wellness area with fitness room, indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, step & aerobics room, steam bath and massage (extra charges apply for some of these amenities). Breakfast, lunch and dinner are offered daily in the form of a buffet. Additionally, dinner may be ordered à la carte wth a reservation and once per week in the all inclusive package.
